Effat Saeed Badeeb
Chairperson
Founder and Chair of Target Partners Capital. Effat has over 17 years of experience in Governance, Compliance and AML. She held several positions at local and international organization in the same field. Such as HSBC, BNP Paribas and Northern Trust. She is experienced in building compliance framework at a cooperative working culture. Heavily involved in risk management and risk mitigation as part of restructuring the operating model in international organizations. Strong experience in administration oversight. She also served as Board Secretary for the past decade more recently appointed as the Board Secretary at Saudi Arabian Mining Company. Finally, she is also interested in philanthropic initiatives where she participated in some in the past few years.

Board Member
Farid Tawfik is the Founder and Board Member at Target Partners. Coming with 15 + years of experience in the field of Governance, Risk and Compliance, in addition to his previous experience obtained whilst establishing and serving as Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer at various Capital Market Institutions in the Kingdom, namely Mizuho Saudi Arabia Company, Natixis Saudi Arabia Investment Company and BNY Mellon Financial Company. Farid holds a Master of Science and Finance and the Bachelor of quantitative methods from king Saudi university.
Andaleeb Saeed Badeeb
Board member, CEO and Head of Advisory
Andaleeb Badeeb is the Founder and CEO at Target Partners Capital. She holds a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Business and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the Lebanese American University in Beirut. Andaleeb has over 7 years of experience in the Compliance, Governance and AML field as well as 7 years in different sectors, where she started her career in 2008 in the Education field as English Department Supervisor and Instructor in the Millennium Institute of Technology and Management. She later held different positions as Sales Manager/Supervisor in different Companies. Andaleeb also joined Itqan Capital as the Compliance and AML officer. In 2021, Andaleeb has Established her own Compliance and Management Consultancy to provide Compliance and Management Services in addition to working as a Compliance Consultant at Mohammed Ayed AlMotairi lawyer and legal Consultants.

Compliance and AML Officer
Israa AL Jadaibi is Target Partners Capital Compliance Officer and MLRO. Israa holds a master degree in Business Administration from the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah and a Bachelor degree in English Language. She started her career as an accountant and has over 7 years of experience in different sectors.
